About Yedangho Suspension Bridge

Yedangho Suspension Bridge spanning 402 m is the longest suspension bridge in Korea and a symbol of Yedang Lake (40 km in circumference and 2 km in width), the largest reservoir in Korea. The gently swaying suspension bridge will make you feel as though you are walking on water, and the sight of the water below the pylon platform will give you an instant adrenaline rush.
Assigned the highest seismic design class, Yedangho Suspension Bridge is a strong and safe bridge that can accommodate up to 3,150 adults simultaneously, and the 5-m wide bridge (walkway width: 1.8m) is big enough for a small family to walk together, side by side.
The suspension bridge shines brilliantly even at night with colorful lights. The LED lighting changes in color based on a gradation technique and creates dreamlike scenery.
You can fully experience the beauty of slowness on the Slow Lake Trail (5.2km) connected to the promenade that runs from the suspension bridge to the Yedang Lake Central Ecological Park. A round-trip walk takes about 20,000 steps to complete, and it will help restore your health and energy.
